HOW ELIM WORKS
ElimAPI is the "interpreter & robotic arm" that plugs agents' apps straight into Taobao/1688 — replacing every manual keystroke on Chinese websites. Four steps take an order from your app to the buyer's door:
01Step
Order placement
From the buyer → Taobao/1688
The buyer picks products on the agent's app or site and taps "Order". Order data — product, attributes, delivery address in China… — goes straight to ElimAPI.
ElimAPI converts it into the exact format Taobao/1688 requires (API tokens, required parameters…) and sends the create-order command to the seller.
The order is created on Taobao/1688 — the seller starts preparing the goods.
02Step
Payment
From the agent → Taobao/1688
The agent tops up ElimAPI's intermediary account. ElimAPI calculates the CNY amount owed to the seller (service fee included, if any) and pays Taobao/1688 directly.
Taobao/1688 receives the payment — the order status flips to "Awaiting shipment".
Buyers never need an Alipay/WeChat account — everything runs behind the scenes.
03Step
Domestic delivery
To the consolidation warehouse in China
The seller sees the order and the delivery address — a consolidation warehouse designated by the agent (commonly in Guangzhou or Shenzhen).
The seller packs and ships via domestic courier. The tracking number syncs back to the agent's app, so everyone follows the goods to the warehouse.
Goods reach the consolidation warehouse, ready for the international leg.
04Step
International shipping
From the CN warehouse → the buyer
The warehouse weighs, inspects and repacks (crating if needed), then reports to the agent. The agent arranges international freight — air or sea.
On arrival in the buyer's country, the agent handles last-mile delivery and updates the status in the app.
The buyer receives the goods — the order loop closes.
